At Dermavel, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%.  Every Dermavel Product is backed by our rock-solid one-year warranty ✅

All of our products come with a one-year warranty. Should the product contain manufacturer defects or if it does not work upon arrival, this warranty covers a max of two replacements within one year from the date you received your order.

 This warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product. Just reach out to our customer success team at team@dermavel.com and let us know what you’re experiencing so we can make it right.

Please note that we can only offer replacements of the same product that you originally purchased.
